We recently used Coast Edge Home Loans, we dealt with Adam Rigoni and Leanne Dodds. We honestly couldn’t recommend them more. We had a relocation (bridging) loan to sort out at very short notice, Adam handled everything with total professionalism and zero stress, we went from literally zero preparation on our part to being in a position to make an offer in just a few days when we saw our dream home come on the market. Nothing was ever a hassle, communication was clear, fast and Adam genuinely made what could’ve been a very complicated process feel simple and supported. If you’re looking for finance, there’s no one better. I cannot recommend Adam Rigoni more highly. An absolute expert in his field.
Side note, our loan went to conditional approval at 7:15pm, we got a text from Adam at that time letting us know what the condition was, we supplied the relevant docs and Adam rang our assessor and got the loan moved to full approval by 7:30pm, well outside of standard business hours. Adam genuinely cares about his clients. The only downside is how infrequently you buy a home means it will likely be some time before we ever experience customer service at such a high level.

Throughout the whole process from start to finish of buying our first home, both Leanne and Adam, guided us through the whole process with ease.
